Navy Yard, DC Real Estate

Homes for sale in Navy Yard are either modern condos, or character row houses, drawing on the historic industrial roots of the area while offering modern amenities and fittings.

Navy Yard's fashionable Victorian-style row houses, particularly around the intersection of K and 4th Streets, are inspired by the colorful brick row houses found in many of America's older urban neighborhoods.

The 3-stories of bay windows provide great views of the wide, tree-lined streets. And the long, open-concept interiors provide comfortable and convenient spaces.

The Navy Yard real estate market also includes many condo units. A great portion of these are loft or studio units in modern brick and glass mid-rises. Prepare for polished concrete interiors, designer blinds, wood flooring, and exposed fixtures.

These buildings also offer a range of top-class luxury amenities, including common entertainment spaces and well-equipped fitness centers.

Enjoy entertaining in these Navy Yard homes, thanks to the gourmet kitchens, spacious breakfast islands, and abundant space.
