By: Pooja Doshi

The real estate industry is booming in that there is always something new to learn. The actual act (and art) of selling a home is not as difficult as is everything else that has to do with it. Being able to understand, manage, and work toward mastering business management, accounting, banking and finance, selling and prospecting, and marketing are all skills a real estate broker contains and is something SIG can teach you. You don’t have to be an expert, but knowing the fundamentals will certainly help you go a long way. SIG will help you take the right courses (and even offer to pay for them) as you navigate your career in becoming a real estate agent. Courses are available online as well to accommodate your schedule. And there are many books that are highly recommended for real estate agents! Here a few if you are interested in reading one before you decide to take the first step in becoming a real estate agent with SIG:

Crush It!: Why NOW Is the Time to Cash In on Your Passion by Gary Vaynerchuk (recommended by Mike Hogan)
